WE FELL IN LOVE WITH NATURE

We are Mark & Shannon Swenson, from McKinney, Tx. We had our first trip together in Broken Bow, where we instantly fell in love with the peaceful and relaxing feel of staying in a cabin lodging in the woods and knew we wanted to vacation there regularly with our family. We have a 9 year-old girl, 6 year-old boy and 2 year-old boy, so we know we'll have many adventures in Broken Bow over the years. We decided in 2020 to realize that dream with the purchase of our first Broken Bow cabin and rent it out for others to enjoy. We've decorated and included all the amenities that we would want when traveling and hope our guests will thoroughly enjoy the experience. It is our goal to help create wonderful family memories for other families. 
 
We now own 1 luxury cabin that sleeps 20, as well as our new lakeview lodge, a 19-acre development in Cordillera Mountain… and we are just getting started! You won't find anything like S'mores' amazing Broken Bow views. Perched at the top of Cordellara Mountain, S'mores Sunrise Lakeview Lodge will have 180-degree views of Broken Bow Lakeand Mountain Fork River. If you are looking for epic views - Lakeview or Riverview cabins, this is the best water views in all of Hochatown!
