With wider doorframes in the ensuite bathroom with extra room to maneuver, a built in shower seat and grab bars.
✅ Expansive 2-tier deck across the back that has everything for the Grill Master in the group including a 36 Inch Blackstone flat-top griddle and built-in propane grill.
✅ For guests to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature an outdoor living room with a large screen tv and fireplace, additionally every bedroom has it's own deck lounge area with Plywood furniture.

Sweet Magnolia (Sleeps 4) - Downstairs Double Queen with Ensuite Bathroom
Handicap accessible with ramp and private entrance
• Light blue cozy accents of Magnolia décor

• Handicap grab bars next to toilet and shower (not pictured but have been added)
• Shower does still have a small ledge to prevent water leak so is not a full roll in shower, but there is built in bench seating in the shower and sturdy grab bars.

• Directly off of the downstairs game-room

• Bunk room nook attached with barn door. This room is perfect for guests with small children that might want to sleep near their parents but still allow parents a bit of privacy. Kids also love this nook area for hanging out.
